Vivo Announces 30- Days Service Extension On Vivo Mobile Phones.

Vivo has revealed a 30-day service extension for its items to assist consumers. As reported by the company in a Twitter post, the extension is valid for handset guarantee, replacement or other deals to fall under the lockdown duration.

The statement can be found in the wake of lockdowns/curfews enforced by states as the nation faces the 2nd wave of coronavirus.

Extended dates of service will differ for each state. This will depend on the current lockdown status of the specific condition. “If the expiration date of the product warranty duration, replacement duration or other offers fall under lockdown duration of your state, you will get a 30-day extension calculated from the day when a service centre resumes service”, Vivo India wrote in a tweet.

Recently, the company launched its most current V series phone in India- Vivo V21. The intelligent device is a 5G phone which comes powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor. It is equipped with a 6.44-inch complete HD+ AMOLED display with 1080×2404 pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The handset provides 12GB RAM and has an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB. The device operates on FunTouch OS 11. For video camera tasks, the phone has a 64MP f/1.79 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro cam with f/2.4 aperture.

The mobile phone has a 44MP video camera with f/2.0 aperture, OIS, dual-LED ash and 4k video recording for selfies. The gadget is backed by a 4000mAh battery with a 33-watt fast-charging function.
